Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, and help grow ELP Crew’s brand across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, motivated, and understands current social media trends.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality photo and video content (reels, posts, stories)
• Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms
• Develop creative content ideas to promote services (car detailing, landscaping, junk removal)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Help build brand awareness and attract new customers
• Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to content

Requirements:

• Experience with content creation (phone or camera)
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and social media strategies
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with branding or marketing
• Photography/videography background
• Graphic design skills
