- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on audience preferences, and respond promptly to comments or inquiries to foster community relationships.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, web developers, public relations specialists, and E-commerce teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and maintaining consistent content flow.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO practices, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with social listening tools and public relations tactics to enhance brand reputation.
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
- Skilled in video editing and photography to produce visually appealing multimedia content.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising and experience managing paid campaigns effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
