Social Media and Marketing Manager

The Social Media & Marketing Manager at TmR is responsible for owning and executing the brand’s Instagram presence with consistency, intention, and a strong understanding of fashion culture. This role is focused on content creation, platform management, and maintaining a structured, data driven approach to social growth.

This is a hands on role for someone who understands both aesthetics and strategy, and can translate ideas into clear, elevated content that aligns with the TmR brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain TmR’s Instagram account on a daily basis
• Create and publish content, including posts, carousels, and graphics tailored for Instagram
• Write clear, on brand copy for all content
• Develop, manage, and consistently execute a structured content calendar
• Create and maintain content segments, while also introducing new segments and series over time
• Identify and curate relevant stories, trends, and content opportunities within the fashion and creative industries
• Manage and expand the UGC program, sourcing and organizing user generated content
• Conduct outreach to secure partnerships, interviews, and features that can translate into social content
• Track performance metrics and analytics for all content
• Maintain and update the Social Media workspace in Notion, including logging analytics, tracking performance, and organizing content pipelines
• Ensure consistency in posting, quality, and overall brand presentation

• Strong understanding of Instagram as a platform, including trends, formatting, and audience behavior
• Ability to maintain consistency and follow structured systems
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple content streams
• Strong eye for fashion, culture, and visual storytelling
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and elevating content beyond the baseline
• Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team

This is a part time position with a focus on consistency, accountability, and high quality execution.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
