Duties

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Monitor social listening tools to analyze brand sentiment, track industry trends, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts efficiently and track campaign performance with web analytics like Google Analytics.
- Design visually appealing graphics and videos that align with branding guidelines and marketing objectives while ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, partners, and the community through effective relationship management strategies.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization of digital content to improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and coordinating promotional events.
- Track campaign metrics regularly to assess effectiveness; prepare detailed reports on social media performance using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms like Brandwatch or Sprout Social is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and content optimization techniques.
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, e-commerce concepts, and digital marketing trends.
