- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like facebook business suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments promptly.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing tactics.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags to enhance visibility.
- Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to boost reach and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage branding initiatives and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.
- Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that aligns with branding standards.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content that drives online sales and enhances customer engagement.
- Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to expand our network and foster brand loyalty.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing tasks.
- Expertise in social listening tools and techniques for market research and reputation management.
- Skilled in using scheduling tools like Facebook and others for efficient social media management.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to create compelling content that combines visual storytelling with persuasive messaging.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and ROI optimization.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all published content.
