Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; use this data to refine marketing tactics.
  • Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to reach specific audiences effectively.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through effective public relations and relationship management efforts.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization of content; ensure all digital content aligns with branding standards and best practices.
  • Oversee e-commerce promotional campaigns to drive online sales; coordinate with sales teams for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication; ensure high-quality visual design through graphic design skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and social listening tools to keep our strategies innovative.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; basic video editing skills are a plus.
  • Expertise in social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels; excellent proofreading skills are essential.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads or similar platforms; familiarity with campaign optimization is preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, influencers, media contacts, and partners.
  • Knowledge of branding principles combined with creative thinking to develop cohesive visual identities across all digital assets.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales promotion strategies to support business growth initiatives.
