Renegade Lemonade is not a traditional wine company.

Renegade Lemonade created the first commercially distributed wines made from 100% lemons and no grapes, and we’re building a fast-growing lifestyle beverage brand focused on bold flavor, experiential marketing, retail expansion, and unforgettable consumer experiences.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on startup energy, loves turning ideas into reality, and wants to play a meaningful role in building a globally recognized beverage brand. This is an opportunity to help shape how consumers discover, experience, and engage with Renegade Lemonade as we continue our next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who is ready to move beyond client work and take ownership inside a fast-growing company. You’ll help shape strategy, drive execution, lead initiatives across multiple channels, and make a measurable impact on a brand with ambitious national and international growth plans.

This is not a role for someone looking to manage from a distance. We want someone who likes being in the action.

What You’ll Do

• Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, retail, experiential, and grassroots channels
• Own social media strategy, campaign development, and execution
• Drive experiential and event marketing programs from planning through execution
• Develop and execute retail and distributor marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing calendars, promotions, launches, and campaign timelines
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, influencers, partners, and media contacts
• Define and evolve the Renegade brand voice, creative direction, and storytelling strategy
• Lead field activations, tastings, events, and consumer engagement initiatives
• Travel to events, activations, distributor meetings, and key markets as needed
• Identify growth opportunities, marketing trends, and partnership opportunities
• Build scalable marketing systems and processes as the company grows
• Measure and report on marketing performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience working at a marketing or creative agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent applicable industry experience
• Strong understanding of branding, social media, experiential marketing, and consumer engagement
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments where priorities can change quickly
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day work
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Based in or near the Atlanta area preferred
