Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations, gather insights on customer sentiment, and identify emerging trends or potential issues.
- Manage social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts efficiently and track campaign performance.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to reach specific audiences and optimize ad spend.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness, website traffic, and user engagement; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, public relations specialists, and E-commerce staff to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers through effective public relations strategies to amplify brand messaging.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and video editing tools to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of public relations practices and relationship management with media partners or influencers.
- Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all written materials.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms is highly desirable.
