Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role involves developing engaging campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering positive relationships with our audience to drive brand awareness and growth. The successful applicant will have expertise in SEO, graphic design, and web analytics, ensuring our marketing initiatives are data-driven and visually compelling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase engagement and followers.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts and monitoring interactions.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Implement social listening techniques to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Optimize content for SEO through keyword research and incorporate best practices for social media marketing to enhance visibility.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and handling crisis communication when necessary.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media campaigns with online sales strategies.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publication.
  • Engage in relationship management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community loyalty.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, web analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling; experience in photography is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences.

Pay: $47,024.02 - $56,631.08 per year
