Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences through effective content creation and graphic design.
  • Hands-on experience in video production (shooting & editing) and photography.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility on search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities through social listening techniques.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging and reach.
  • Oversee public relations efforts related to social media campaigns to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on e-commerce initiatives to drive sales through social media channels.
  • Produce high-quality visual content including photography and video editing for promotional purposes.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and experience in public relations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work including proofreading tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
