Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts and website content.
• Execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to reach specific audiences effectively.
• Analyze web traffic and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, e-commerce, and sales to align messaging and branding strategies.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring proofread quality for all published content.
• Support public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media relationships, and coordinating promotional events when needed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and related fields to continuously enhance our strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; knowledge of Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Skilled in content creation including video editing, photography, proofreading, and storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of social listening platforms to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
• Excellent relationship management skills to engage with customers, partners, media outlets, and internal teams professionally.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience. Pay: $23.20 - $27.95 per hour
