Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Expert with hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and executing effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence, optimizing paid campaigns, and driving measurable results across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage daily campaign performance, including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, design, and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital funnels, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and related marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector is a plus (optional).
