We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all digital channels, responsible for building a strong online presence, engaging our community, and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and publish high-quality, engaging content (original text, images, and videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals and brand identity.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels daily to respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) to support product launches and promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven work experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) or Canva.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Communication: Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing and relationship management.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and ROI forecasting.
