Job Summary

This is not just a content creation role — you’ll manage our social media, engage with customers, handle basic customer service, and oversee listings on online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

Responsibilities

• SEO, Google Ranking, keyword research
• Good computer knowledge
• Filming videos, editing
• Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and SalonCentric.
• Coordinate promotions and track basic performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong SEO Knowledge
• Strong communication skills (social, written, and phone).
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive.
• Bonus: Canva, Reels/TikTok editing, beauty industry experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
