- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media communities: respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
- Track social media performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content production, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage orders on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability, timely order processing, and delivery.
- Monitor and update order status, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve customer issues.
- Provide timely responses to customer queries across social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth post-purchase support.
- Work with teams to reduce operational errors and improve service quality.
