  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media communities: respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content production, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage orders on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability, timely order processing, and delivery.
  • Monitor and update order status, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide timely responses to customer queries across social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth post-purchase support.
  • Work with teams to reduce operational errors and improve service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
