We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media and Website Administrator to take ownership of our digital presence and help us connect with the boating and fishing community.
Role Overview
Whether you are a recent graduate hungry to prove your digital marketing skills or an experienced professional looking for a new home, this role is the engine of our online footprint. You will be responsible for keeping our website inventory up to date, designing compelling social media campaigns, and ensuring our digital leads flow seamlessly to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
● Website Management: Regularly update the dealership website with new boat inventory, ensuring accurate photos, pricing, and descriptions for all incoming Ranger, Triton, Nitro, and Tracker models.
● Social Media Strategy: Create, schedule, and manage engaging daily content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to highlight our inventory, service department, and community events like the C & O Tournament Trail, and others.
● Strategic Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging advertising copy. We value proven, psychology-driven marketing principles that grab attention and drive action.
● Content Creation: Take high-quality photos and videos of boats on the lot and coordinate with the sales and operations teams to promote upcoming sales, open houses, and seasonal specials.
Qualifications & Skills
● Prior experience in social media management, website administration, or digital marketing (entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio or relevant degree are encouraged to apply).
● Strong understanding of effective advertising copy and audience engagement.
● Experience with website backend systems.
● Familiarity with CRM software (experience with DP360 CRM is a distinct advantage).
● Basic graphic design and photo/video editing skills.
● A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to high customer service standards.
● Bonus: A passion for the outdoors, bass fishing, or the marine industry!
Schedule
Our dealership operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The specific weekly schedule and Saturday rotation for this role will be discussed during the interview.
