We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Social Media Assistant to support our marketing team in managing, growing, and engaging our online audience.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our social media strategies across multiple platforms. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the social media domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
• Support posting, scheduling, and engaging with content to grow community reach.
• Stay updated with social media trends (reels, challenges, viral content, hashtags).
• Collaborate in creating and curating content (banners, reels, videos, captions).
• Develop a basic understanding of online ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Learn and contribute to campaign reporting & analytics (reach, impressions, engagement).
• Maintain awareness of digital marketing trends and SEO basics (keywords, on-page optimization, content relevance).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Use Canva or Photoshop for basic design tasks (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
• Familiarity with online ads and SEO fundamentals.
• Interest in content creation and creative design.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic Canva/Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
