Social Media Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Assistant Marketing manager to manage our social media platforms, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, analytics, and trend monitoring to effectively grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and handle all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally
• Analyze performance using tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Run paid campaigns and optimize ads for better reach and conversion
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Hootsuite
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and SEO
• Excellent communication and creative skills
