Social Media Associate

Job Description:

Trigency360 is looking for a Creative And Enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing posting schedules to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content including graphics, captions, and short videos
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience and reach
• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to improve performance
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for content planning and campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and creativity skills
