Social Media Associate

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing / Social Media Associate to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media management, AI-powered tools, and Canva design, and will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engagement, and growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute effective social media and marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.

Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos, captions) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Design high-quality visuals, infographics, and creatives using Canva or similar tools.

Manage daily operations of social media accounts including posting, responding to queries, and monitoring engagement.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.

Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and tools to keep our strategies fresh and impactful.

Requirements:

Prior experience in social media marketing/content creation.

Strong design skills with Canva (or equivalent platforms).

Excellent writing and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.

Highly creative with a strong sense of branding and visual storytelling.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
