Social Media Associate – Healthcare

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Associate with experience in the UAE healthcare industry to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should understand healthcare communication, social media trends, patient engagement, and premium brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and healthcare awareness initiatives
• Coordinate with videographers, designers, doctors, and marketing teams for content creation
• Monitor social media trends and suggest modern content ideas for better engagement and reach
• Handle community management including comments, messages, and audience interaction professionally
• Manage lead generation campaigns and social media advertisements
• Track social media performance, insights, and engagement metrics
• Ensure all healthcare communication follows UAE advertising and healthcare guidelines
• Assist during shoots, campaigns, events, and clinic activities when required

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or medical sector within UAE
• Good understanding of Instagram reels, TikTok trends, Meta platforms, and digital marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts/projects
• Understanding of premium healthcare branding and patient communication
• Knowledge of Arabic content trends is a plus

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with clinics, hospitals, dental, aesthetics, wellness, or home healthcare brands
• Creative, proactive, and trend-aware
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Preferably already based in UAE

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• healthcare marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
