Social Media Associate

Summary:

tapmad is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, supporting digital campaigns, and helping grow Tapmad’s online presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Tapmad’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and industry updates to identify engagement opportunities.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user queries in a timely manner.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Support influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns where required.
• Stay updated on emerging social media tools, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools will be an advantage.
