Social Media, Brand & Business Development Manager

Primo is a Dubai-based luxury renovation company specialising in high-end villas and premium residential projects. We work with clients who value quality, aesthetics, and flawless execution. As we scale, we are looking for a driven, creative, and commercially minded professional to own our brand presence and help generate real business growth.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining social media management, brand strategy, and business development. You will be responsible not just for visibility, but for turning attention into leads, partnerships, and revenue.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and have real influence over how the brand is positioned and grown.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow Primo’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (projects, behind-the-scenes, reels, stories, case studies)
• Coordinate photo / video shoots for ongoing and completed projects
• Write compelling captions aligned with a luxury brand voice
• Track performance and optimise content for reach, engagement, and leads

Brand Management

• Own and maintain Primo’s brand identity across all platforms
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
• Develop brand campaigns and positioning for premium clientele
• Work with designers, videographers, and agencies when needed

Business Development

• Generate and qualify inbound leads from social media and digital channels
• Build relationships with brokers, designers, architects, developers, and partners
• Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities
• Support sales conversations where branding and trust are key
• Help develop systems to turn content and exposure into booked projects

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in social media management, brand management, or business development

✅ Strong understanding of luxury brands, real estate, construction, or design (highly preferred)

✅ Very good English language skills, both verbal and written communication

✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

✅ A positive attitude and team player mindset who is passionate about their work

✅ Confident communicator with commercial awareness

✅ Self-starter who can take ownership and execute without micromanagement

Bonus Points If You Have:

✅ Experience in luxury real estate, interiors, architecture, or high-end services

✅ On-camera confidence (or directing others on camera)

✅ Lead generation or sales experience

✅ Copywriting or storytelling skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
