We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Brand Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that strengthens brand awareness across social media and marketing platforms. This position combines social media management, photography, videography, and branded content creation to help tell compelling brand stories and connect with customers.

You will work closely with company owners and leadership to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, create visually engaging content, and interact with customers to gather product feedback and build community engagement.

This is a part-time salaried position.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms
• Produce branded photo and video content for marketing campaigns
• Capture and edit photography and videography content for digital use
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals
• Collaborate with leadership on campaign strategy and execution
• Monitor audience engagement and assist with community interaction
• Manage multiple media projects from concept to completion
• Travel to events, retail locations, or production sites as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.)
• Experience with photography, videography, and video editing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and ad creation
• Ability to create compelling brand content for digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of cannabis products and/or Washington State 502 experience is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
