Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels as well as updating our website. A strong understanding of our local market and community is important.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for effective social media management and scheduling.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends.
- Perform SEO and keyword research to enhance content visibility and engagement.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, to increase reach and engagement.
- Foster relationships with influencers and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee public relations efforts related to social media initiatives and community activities.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, e-commerce strategies, and video editing techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics.
- Excellent content creation skills with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus.
- Real estate knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is desirable.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in branding consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
