About the Role:

Toyota Walton Motors is looking for a Social Media Call Agent who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through social media platforms and phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, services, promotions, and dealership operations.
  • Record and maintain customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on customer inquiries and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or social media handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
