Social Media & Client Relations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and creative person to join our team as a Social Media & Client Relations Executive.
Your role will include managing social media pages, replying to client inquiries, coordinating with the team, and assisting in sales follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Ideas and Planning
• Manage daily content posting and engagement on social media
• Handle client inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone)
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver client requests
• Track performance and prepare simple reports
• Maintain fast response time and strong communication

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English + Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in social media management
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Organized, proactive, and reliable

Salary: Based on experience
Location: Dubai
Start Date: Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
