Social Media Clipper

About the Opportunity

We are looking for individuals who already own and operate clipping accounts on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, or other short-form content platforms.

I create basketball, fitness, and lifestyle content for an audience of over 230,000 followers across social media and am looking to expand distribution through a network of clipping accounts.

This is not an editing position.

Instead, you'll receive access to long-form content and be responsible for identifying engaging moments, creating clips, and posting them on your own established clipping accounts.

Responsibilities

• Watch long-form YouTube content and identify high-performing moments
• Create short-form clips from provided content
• Post clips consistently on your existing social media accounts
• Optimize titles, captions, and posting strategy for reach
• Track performance and identify content that performs best
• Maintain consistent posting across your network of accounts

Requirements

• Must already own and operate one or more clipping accounts
• Must have experience growing accounts through short-form content
• Must understand what content performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and viral content
• Ability to post consistently

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who already has experience running clipping pages and understands how to generate views through content distribution.

If you've successfully grown clipping accounts, sports pages, motivational pages, creator pages, or other short-form content accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
