Social media cold dms and cold email specialist

I’m hiring a dedicated male Virtual Assistant for full-time Instagram + email outreach.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build a career, not a short-term gig for students or beginners.

Role Overview

• Daily outreach on multiple Instagram accounts (DMs + voice notes)
• Email outreach and basic email marketing
• Warming up accounts safely
• Understanding how to avoid bans, spam filters, and hidden inbox issues
• Hitting consistent volume: 150-300+ DMs/day
• Estimated workload: 6–9 hours/day, but should be flexible when needed
• Bonus if you already know how to find leads or are willing to learn quickly

What I’m NOT looking for

• No beginners
• No “I’ll try” applicants
• No students who can’t commit full-time

I want someone who already has experience doing high-volume outreach on Instagram and email.

What I am looking for

• Someone reliable, consistent, and performance-driven
• Clear spoken English (neutral or good accent for voice notes)
• Strong written English
• Stable Wi-Fi and a quiet environment for recording voice notes
• A person who treats this like a career, not just clocking hours
• Someone who wants to grow into a partner-style role with higher pay and commissions

Salary & Growth

• Starting salary: PKR 50,000–75,000
• Increases based on results and consistency
• Commission available: PKR 10,000 per client acquired
• Top performers can grow into six-figure monthly earnings with bonuses
