Metabu Cosmetics is looking for an energetic and confident individual who can manage social media (especially Instagram), find influencers for collaborations, and also handle sales of our makeup products. The ideal candidate should be able to present products professionally, communicate clearly, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Influencer Management

• Manage and grow Metabu Cosmetics’ Instagram and other social platforms.
• Identify suitable influencers/content creators for collaborations (barter/paid).
• Handle negotiation, coordination, and campaign tracking.
• Create simple content ideas and collaboration pitches.

Sales & Client Interaction

• Promote and sell makeup products to customers, salons, influencers, and retail partners.
• Give confident product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate leads through social media, references, events, and field visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with customers, provide product details, and close sales deals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer coordination, or direct sales.
• Strong Instagram knowledge and understanding of beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong sales skills with confidence to approach clients and influencers.
• Interest in makeup/beauty industry (knowledge preferred).
• Energetic, creative, and good in negotiation and follow-ups.
