Mobidictum is the leading gaming industry media and events company in Turkey. We organize high-impact B2B events that bring together game developers, publishers, investors, and professionals from all over the world. Now, we’re expanding our communications team - and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of our social media and community presence.

In this role, you’ll manage Mobidictum’s digital voice across multiple platforms, prepare and publish content, track community interactions, and support live coverage during our events. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and excited about staying on top of social media trends, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Adapt visuals to platform sizes; keep typography readable; apply brand rules.
• Edit short videos for stories, reels, and shorts; add captions and on-brand elements.
• Write clear captions with CTAs; add UTM links; schedule and publish on time.
• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and inboxes; route requests to the right owners.
• Track partner and sponsor deliverables; coordinate re-shares with speakers.
• Capture live content during events and publish highlights in real time.
• Report weekly and monthly performance (reach, engagement, CTR, saves, shares).
• Keep assets, files, and logs organized and easy to find.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in social media for a brand, media, or event team.
• Hands-on design in Canva or Adobe; short-form video editing in Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Strong English and Turkish writing; fast and professional communication.
• Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and basic performance metrics.
• Organized workflows, clean file naming, and attention to detail.

Nice To Have

• Experience covering live events on-site.
• Knowledge of the games industry and its communities.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools (e.g., Make.com, n8n).

• Posts go live on time with a consistent look and tone.
• Sponsor obligations are met with clean tracking.
• Clear weekly reporting and visible growth in engagement and clicks.
