Position: Social Media & Community Lead

Location: Beşiktaş, İstanbul

Work Model: On-site 

We’re launching MIRA: THE DREAMERS , our upcoming game on Steam, with a demo releasing very soon. To support the launch, we’re building an engaged player community and are looking for a Social Media & Community Expert to lead this effort.

The ideal candidate will help us build excitement and visibility around the game, manage and grow our Discord community, create simple and effective content calendars and engagement plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and post daily content on TikTok, Discord, Instagram, Reddit and X (Twitter),
• Oversee and grow the Discord and Reddit community —manage updates, events, and mod coordination,
• Foster player engagement by responding to comments and promoting user-generated content (UGC),
• Organize and execute weekly community activities (polls, AMAs, discussion prompts, mini-events),
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the overall brand strategy.

Desired skills and experiences:

• Strong interest in the gaming industry, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience,
• Excellent written communication skills in English with a strong understanding of memes,
• Hands-on experience using Discord, Reddit, social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer), and Canva or similar design platforms,
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, community engagement tactics, and platform algorithms,
• Manage live-streaming operations – Kick, Twitch, YouTube
• Self-driven, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
