A leading luxury real estate developer is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to support the growth of its digital presence and engage with audiences across social platforms.

This role will focus on content execution, community engagement, and social media performance, helping strengthen the brand’s positioning in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Plan and publish engaging content aligned with brand and project campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement across platforms.
• Support campaign launches for new real estate projects and initiatives.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reporting.
• Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and content creators.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in social media marketing for a real estate developer (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate marketing and project launches.
• Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn for real estate brands.
• Familiar with social media analytics and content planning tools.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to brand positioning.
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.
