Social Media Community Manager & Digital Marketer

Looking for a Social Media Community Manager & Digital Marketer- agency experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media communities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with our brand voice.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to community interactions promptly and professionally.
• Should be able to generate reports organically.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates.
• Knowledge of Hootsuite.
• Develop and manage Google Ads, Google AdWords and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and refine audience targeting.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and generate detailed performance reports.
• Should be able to make a list of Deliverables and monitor them on daily basis, has to monitor over 40 clients.
• should be able to launch ad campaign.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

What we’re Looking For:

· Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role.

· Exceptional writing and communication skills.

· Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights)

· Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

● Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing tools.

● Experience in keyword research and audience targeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
