Social Media & Community Outreach Intern

We’re looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed intern to join the marketing team behind Santoba Tailors and House of Santoba - two family-run fashion brands specialising in bespoke tailoring, ethnic wear, and bridal fashion.

This role is perfect for someone who lives on Instagram & TikTok, understands internet culture, has a strong eye for content, and knows how to turn trends into engaging brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Instagram posting, scheduling, and content management across multiple accounts
• Work closely with the in-house content creator during shoots and content planning
• Research Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends relevant to fashion, luxury, tailoring, bridalwear, and lifestyle
• Be present during shoots whenever required to assist with BTS content, coordination, posting, and ideation
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social copy with strong attention to tone and detail
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to support content creation and workflow efficiency
• Engage in community outreach and brand networking
• Connect with creators, professionals, and potential collaborators through LinkedIn
• Help manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media performance and suggest new content ideas regularly

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of trends, reels, hooks, memes, and digital culture
• Proficient with AI tools and content creation platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and detail
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in fashion, luxury, tailoring, or content creation is a huge plus

Bonus Points If You:

• Know basic editing on CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Have experience with social media management or personal content creation
• Are confident appearing on our videos during shoots
• Understand luxury/fashion branding and storytelling
