Social Media Content Assistant

PZZA& is looking for a creative, reliable, and organized Social Media Content Assistant to help with content creation, video editing, posting, scheduling, and filming for our growing restaurant brand in Boca Raton.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into social media, content creation, video editing, or restaurant marketing and build real hands-on experience with an active local brand.

We already have an established brand, strong content, and social media momentum. We are looking for someone who can help us stay organized, create consistently, and keep improving the content side of the business.

This role is ideal for a college student, marketing student, aspiring content creator, junior video editor, or someone building their own personal brand who wants real experience managing content for a business.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Help organize footage and turn it into finished Reels/posts
• Assist with filming content in-person at the restaurant
• Help create simple graphics and templates for specials, menu items, and promotions
• Schedule and post content
• Help keep content drafts, ideas, and assets organized
• Assist with captions, comments, and basic engagement when needed
• Stay on top of recurring content without needing constant reminders

What We’re Looking For

• Creative eye for social media content
• Interest in food, restaurants, branding, and local business marketing
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Organized and reliable
• Good communicator
• Willing to take direction and improve
• Able to follow through without being micromanaged
• Available to help film in Boca Raton

The ideal candidate is someone hungry, creative, organized, and looking for a real opportunity.

You do not need to be an agency or an established professional. We are open to someone earlier in their journey who has good taste, work ethic, and wants to grow into social media/content management professionally.

Location

PZZA& is located in Boca Raton, FL.

Local candidates are strongly preferred because some filming will happen in person at the restaurant. Some editing, scheduling, and organizing work may be done remotely.

Schedule

Part-time and flexible to start.

Estimated 5–10 hours per week, depending on availability, experience, and content needs.

Pay

$15–$22 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, availability, and responsibilities.
