Social Media Content Contractor (Part-Time / Hybrid)

About the Role

Mil Veranos Vineyard and Wines is a family-owned Texas Hill Country winery in D'Hanis TX. We are seeking a self-driven, autonomous Social Media Content Contractor (10–15 hours/week) to capture, edit, and manage our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

This is a 1099 contractor position. You will collaborate directly with ownership to align creative content with real-world tasting room traffic and brand growth. For the right partner, this role is designed to transition into a long-term, full-time management position as the winery grows.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Content Capture: Spend 4–5 hours per week on-site (weekends during tasting room hours) capturing high-quality photo and video assets of the vineyard, tasting room, events, and guest experiences.
• Short-Form Video Production: Produce 1-2 engaging, high-performing Reels/TikToks per week featuring clean edits, clear narrative hooks, and trending audio.
• Platform & Community Management: Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Monitor and respond to comments and DMs to build an engaged following.
• Performance Tracking: Join a brief weekly check-in with ownership to review baseline metrics (engagement, growth) and map out the next week’s content strategy.

Schedule & Workflow

• Hybrid Structure: 1 mandatory on-site content capture shift per week; all editing, scheduling, and community management are done remotely.
• Autonomy: Manage your own hours and production workflow. Time tracking is handled via internally software.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age (winery environment).
• Reliable transportation to our winery and tasting room: Co Rd 411, D'Hanis, TX 78850.
• Independent Tech Stack: Must provide your own equipment (smartphone/camera) and personal combination of editing software licenses (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).
• Proven experience creating short-form video (Reels/TikToks) with a strong visual eye and clean editing workflow.
