Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented and well-organized
Social Media Content Coordinator to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delegating and reporting various content media deliverables that engage our audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive traffic across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media management, video editing/production knowledge, SEO best practices, and experience with global team management .

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality media content for our clients including social media and video deliverables that align with our customers' brand voice.
  • Coordinate with videographers, clients and your global team to achieve results within a given deadline .
  • Utilize project management tools in alignment with Trello to generate content media ideas within and outside of the company.
  • Collaborate with the social team, video team, design team and UX/UI team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
  • Oversee social media management, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Work with the marketing manager to track content performance and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  • Assist in email marketing efforts by creating compelling copy and designing visually appealing templates.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives through effective product descriptions and promotional content.
  • Engage in editing processes to ensure all published materials are error-free and meet quality standards.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Proficiency with content marketing and team management.
  • Ability to produce high-quality photography and videography as needed for content creation.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating and editing engaging and persuasive content.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles including B2B marketing tactics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
