NaturaLawn of America, the leader in organic-based lawn care, is seeking a Social Media Content Coordinator who is eager to make a brand shine in the social world while creating action-enticing posts, driving sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

In this full-time, position located in the heart of lively Downtown Frederick, youll report to the Marketing Director on a team eager to help our franchise and retail systems grow. This position supports not just NaturaLawn of America (a service franchise) but also its family of brands, which includes Natural Alternative (retail products), Mosquito Ranger (service), and Tick Ranger (service).

This is an exciting opportunity to plan and manage digital platforms for the company and its multiple brands. In this role, youll manage content calendars, create engaging posts (reels, stories, videos, graphics), and run paid campaigns that grow audiences and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) tailored for Meta platforms, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Create content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Actively monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Foster community growth through interactive content such as polls, Q&As, contests, and live sessions.
  • Track engagement rate, click-through rate, reach, follower growth, and cost per lead.
  • Report regularly on campaign outcomes with actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage paid social campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Test creative variations, audiences, and placements to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, PR, sales) to align social with broader campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, YouTube, and analytics tools.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, paid ad strategies, and engagement best practices.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of GA4 and UTM tracking for performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Hootsuite
  • Demonstrated experience promoting and managing multiple brands within a business portfolio or accounts simultaneously.

The ideal candidate must be savvy in creating socially optimized video and photo content for owned channels. The driven individual will communicate the companys brand and tone in a positive and authentic manner to attract current and new followers, while increasing engagement across all social channels.

Offered compensation: $45,000/yr - $65,000/yr
