Social Media & Content Coordinator

Schedule: Part Time (Approximately 15–25 hours per week)
Pay: Based on experience

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative, reliable, and self-driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple brands. This person will be responsible for capturing content, creating engaging posts, and managing our online voice to reflect our culture, services, and community.

This is a hands-on role that requires both creativity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture photo and video content on-site, including dogs, events, staff, and day-to-day operations
• Develop engaging captions and storytelling that aligns with our brand voice
• Manage posting calendar and ensure consistent activity across all platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and campaigns
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all content
• Internal and external event coordination

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand preferred
• Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, captions)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
• Organized and able to manage multiple brands and priorities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be comfortable around dogs and working in a pet-friendly environment
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is a plus
• Strong EXTRAVERT personality
