Social Media Content Coordinator

Overview
Luxury beauty e-commerce brand seeking a creative and social-media-savvy Content Coordinator to assist with content creation, social media management, and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who understands modern beauty content, luxury aesthetics, and short-form video trends.

This role is primarily remote, with 1–2 on-site content days weekly for filming, shoots, and campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks
• Capture BTS and lifestyle content during shoots and showroom days
• Assist with posting content across social platforms
• Help maintain elevated luxury brand aesthetic and visual consistency
• Research trends, audio, and viral content ideas
• Assist with content calendars and scheduling
• Monitor comments, engagement, and DMs
• Coordinate UGC and creator content organization
• Support campaign launches and content planning

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok content
• Experience creating and editing Reels/TikToks REQUIRED
• CapCut or video editing experience REQUIRED
• Must understand current social media trends
• Organized and able to manage content deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable filming content in-person
• Beauty, fashion, or luxury branding experience preferred
• Canva experience
• Photography/iPhone content skills
• Experience working with beauty or fashion brands
• Understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and storytelling

Schedule

Hybrid remote role.
Must be available for 1–2 in-person content/shoot days weekly in Los Angeles.

Flexible scheduling outside of shoot days.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
