Position Overview
Scroll No More is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Social Media Content Coordinator & Creative Assistant to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands, creators, and client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays ahead of trends, enjoys engaging with online communities, and can help turn ideas into content that drives attention, engagement, and growth. You will work directly with company leadership and our Creative Director to execute content strategies, identify opportunities, and help keep our social media ecosystem running efficiently.
This is a part-time hybrid position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and company growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across all assigned social media platforms.
- Maintain and organize content calendars for multiple brands and accounts.
- Ensure content is published accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor account activity and flag important updates, opportunities, or issues.
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Community Engagement
- Respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers, customers, creators, and prospective partners.
- Build relationships by interacting strategically with relevant creators, influencers, brands, and communities.
- Monitor audience feedback and communicate insights to leadership.
Trend Research & Market Awareness
- Continuously monitor TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms for trends and opportunities.
- Research viral content formats, trending sounds, hashtags, challenges, and engagement strategies.
- Present trend reports and content recommendations to the team.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and industry developments.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
- Participate in content planning sessions and creative meetings.
- Assist with campaign development, promotions, and social media initiatives.
- Help identify new content angles, themes, storytelling opportunities, and audience engagement strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas that align with company goals and brand standards.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain content libraries, creative assets, and organizational systems.
- Track content schedules, deadlines, and project progress.
- Assist with performance reporting and social media analytics.
- Support leadership and the creative team with various content-related projects as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
- Reliable transportation for required in-person meetings.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for daily work responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, creators, or agencies.
- Experience coordinating content across multiple social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, and management tools.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative software.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, e-commerce, live selling, and creator-focused content strategies.
Competitive Candidates May Have
- Demonstrated success managing multiple social media accounts, brands, or content calendars simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency, marketing, content production, or multi-brand environment.
- A portfolio or examples demonstrating audience growth, engagement, campaign execution, or content strategy.
While all qualified applicants will be considered, candidates with relevant experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or content initiatives concurrently may be particularly well-positioned for success in this role.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid position.
- Primarily performed remotely with required attendance at one weekly in-person team meeting.
- Additional in-person meetings, productions, events, or company functions may be required periodically.
- Flexible schedule based on agreed-upon working hours and business needs.
