Role Overview

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a creative and performance-driven social media & Content Specialist with a strong focus on video production and digital marketing. This role blends creative content creation with data-driven campaign execution, supporting both brand visibility and lead generation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across Platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Produce high-quality video content (reels, short-form videos, property showcases, campaigns)
• Conduct on-site content shoots (projects, showrooms, events)
• Edit and deliver content aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
• Develop and maintain structured content calendars
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn)
• Manage media buying budgets, targeting audiences, and ROI optimization
• Track and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, engagement)
• Utilize AI tools for content creation, automation, and lead nurturing (chatbots, workflows)
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong videography and photography skills
• Advanced video editing skills (mobile and desktop tools)
• Experience creating trend-based and viral content
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience in paid digital campaigns and performance marketing
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for Arab nationals

AI & Digital Capabilities (Essential)

• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-based video/content platforms
• Ability to streamline workflows using automation tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
