Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator who can tell the stories of these ventures in a way that inspires, educates, and engages. From writing thought leadership posts for LinkedIn to producing crisp reels for Instagram, your job is to create content that connects with diverse audiences — customers, homeowners, and business leaders.

This is not just about content volume — it’s about shaping brand voices and making complex ideas accessible and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Write and publish blogs, articles, newsletters, and case studies.
• Create social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
• Work on short-form video scripts, product explainers, and thought leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is consistent and impactful.
• Repurpose long-form content into snippets, reels, and infographics.
• Track engagement metrics and refine content approach based on data.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong command of storytelling, copywriting, and content structuring.
• Comfort with different content formats (blogs, reels, scripts, whitepapers).
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
• Hands-on with content tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or AI writing tools).
• Ability to adapt tone across three distinct brands.
• A portfolio that shows range and creativity.

Bonus Points

• Experience in tech, SaaS, green energy, or real estate content.
• Ability to produce video content (editing, scripting, voiceovers).
• Familiarity with analytics and content performance tracking.
• Flair for memes, viral hooks, and community engagement.
