Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Islamabad. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategies. Day-to-day tasks also include brainstorming creative campaigns, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with marketing and design teams.
MARUS Enterprises Family is seeking a creative, energetic, and camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to join our media team under MARUS Digitalous(A digital marketing agency of MARUS Enterprises Family).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience with running successful social media campaigns and community engagement
  

Key Responsibilities
🎥 Reel Creation

• Create engaging reels for product & service packages.
• Capture office life moments and team highlights.
• Shoot behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during events, shoots, and creative sessions.
• Produce fun and trendy reels reflecting workplace culture.
  

💡 Creative Input

• Bring new ideas to boost engagement across MARUS digital platforms.
• Keep track of social media trends and apply them to our brand content.
  

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to plan and execute content strategies.
  

Requirements

• Excellent on-camera presence — confident, friendly & natural.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content trends.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar).
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
• Experience in Content Creation, Video Editing, and Graphic Design
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Management and Analytics tools
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Campaign Development, and Brand Awareness
• Excellent Writing, Communication, and Copywriting skills
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines
• Familiarity with emerging trends and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
