Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and trend-aware Content Creator who can make engaging short videos from start to finish—ideas, scripts, shooting, editing, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Reels/Shorts from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish.
• Appear confidently on camera in Hindi & English.
• Write catchy scripts, captions, and hooks.
• Edit videos with clean cuts, subtitles, background music, and modern trends.
• Optimise content for engagement and platform algorithms.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Track performance and improve content using insights.

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years experience in content creation (portfolio required).
• Comfortable appearing on camera (Hindi + English).
• Must have good video editing skills to match current trends.
• (Subtitles, cuts, sound/music placement, transitions, etc.)
• Ability to learn new tools quickly based on trends.
• (We don’t require specific tools—just willingness to learn fast.)
• Creative mindset, good communication, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualities

• Trend-aware and creative.
• Strong on-camera confidence.
• Fast learner and adaptable to new formats.
