Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Jr. Digital Content Creator to join our marketing team at LILO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging digital content, including social media videos, ads, product showcases, and promotional materials. This role involves end-to-end content creation—from concept to shoot, editing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality digital videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content, etc.)
• Shoot video content, product showcases, behind-the-scenes clips, and customer stories
• Develop content ideas aligned with marketing goals and campaign themes
• Prepare creative scripts and storyboards for marketing videos and digital ads
• Edit videos using industry-standard tools to deliver polished, engaging content
• Assist in planning and executing ad creatives for social media and online promotions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and video formats
• Optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement
• Research trends, competitor content, and new approaches to improve performance
• Provide valuable input on content strategy and marketing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and video production techniques
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform algorithms
• Good communication and coordination skills
