Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and reliable Content Creator to produce high-quality content for our building and construction company. This includes shooting and editing reels, creating engaging stories, capturing product videos and developing content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

You will be covering topics like architecture, aluminium systems, facades and showroom-based content.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels/YouTube Shorts)
• Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Capture product demos, site installations, showrooms, behind-the-scenes, and customer interactions
• Create daily stories and weekly reels
• Work closely with the marketing team for scripts, concepts, and brand guidelines
• Manage content calendar and deliver content on time
• Understand aesthetic, minimal, professional style of content
• Edit using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software
• Track trends and create content accordingly
• Assist in basic graphic design when needed (Canva)

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required)
• Strong video editing skills
• Ability to shoot clean, aesthetic footage using phone or camera
• Knowledge of Instagram trends, hooks, and engagement strategies
• Basic understanding of lighting, angles, and storytelling
• Creativity + attention to detail
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory)

• Experience shooting product videos
• Knowledge of architectural or interior design content
• Photography skills
• Basic graphic design
• Scriptwriting for reels

Compensation

• Monthly salary for full-time
• OR project-based pay for freelance/contract
• Based on experience and skill level
