Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that enhances our brand presence across various platforms. This is for multiple businesses and candidate must be willing to travel 10-30 miles to other locations in STL. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on increasing audience engagement and brand awareness. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns and shape our online identity through compelling content creation and social media management.

Duties

  • Develop, curate, and publish high-quality content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and web analytics, to optimize content visibility.
  • Manage social media scheduling using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and relationship management strategies to foster community growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools, adjusting strategies for improved engagement.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging and branding efforts across all channels.
  • Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency.
  • Experience with video editing software is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to craft engaging content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social listening techniques and relationship management strategies.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
