Social Media Content Creator

The Teal Turtle Boutique is growing — and we’re looking for a creative, confident Content Creator to help us bring our brand to life online.

We are a women’s boutique serving stylish, comfort-loving women who appreciate fashion that feels as good as it looks. Our ideal candidate naturally understands and resonates with our customer and feels confident representing that lifestyle on camera.

This role is a blend of on-site filming at our Apollo Beach location and Parrish filming areas.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging video and photo content mainly for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Film in-store content independently with experience handling tripods and lighting alone.
• Appear on camera for lives and reels, stories, posts, etc.
• Capture new arrivals, styling ideas, launches, and promotions
• Help translate boutique energy into relatable, scroll-stopping content

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience creating content for social media (retail or boutique experience preferred)
• Experience selling or promoting products online is a plus
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera

• Must be willing to drive to Apollo Beach and Parrish for in-person filming
• Someone with a Flexible schedule
